Just When You Thought It was Safe to Frolic in Puddles…

…the feds are at it again, kids:

Not So Private Property?

I love it when Congress attempts to rewrite and bastardize the law. I get a warm feeling inside when I remember that in three years I will have the capacity to sue them in federal court. Ah, dreams…

If you actually read the bill, it’s obvious that Goldman-Carter’s justifications and explanations are meant to willfully mislead the American people. Look at the language: what they call “unfounded fears,” I call justifiable outrage at yet another attempted land-grab, all in the name of “progress” and “hope” and “…because of SHUT UP.”

If Kelo can happen, anything is possible.

Read the bill here.
